[AS1]Weonly request gender on the voluntary EEOC demographic questionnaire. Could we have a separate line item for thisinstead?
[CB2]Thevoluntary EEOC is a subpart of the application, correct? All the info isvoluntarily provided, which is why it's included in this section. This covers all information that may becollected through the platform. Let me know if you'd like to discuss further.
[AS3]Thiscould be removed, I think technically personal information supplied to Workday, our HR system, would support this request.
[CB4]Justto confirm, at no point in this process, an Applicant can inform you of adisability? What if they put it on their resume or they send an email informingyou of a disability?
I've seen statements on platforms informing applicant'sto let them know if they have a disability so they can accommodate them throughthe process. For example, if an applicant was deaf.
[AS5]Couldwe phrase as to comply with requests from government authorities, courts or lawenforcement
[AS6]Dowe want to specify that this is only for Californian applicants only?
[CB7]Theintro of this policy states its only for Californians.
[AS8]Dowe need this? Reason being is we don'tvalidate that applicants are above the age of 18 on the short form application(available on our career site)
[CB9]Yes,just in case we do collect information from an applicant this underage. Since we do not validate, we wouldn'tknowingly collect the information. If wedid validate, wouldn't have to worry about it, would handle their information differently.
