Nikki was top notch. She patiently walked me through every phase of the mortgage process. She answered every time I txt or called with questions, and i had a few bc this is our first time buying a home. Even when I didn't, she'd reach out and lmk every time there was progress with the loan. She got me a great interest rate, better than any other lender I spoke with, and even got me a great rate on my insurance. She didnt stop with just one or 2 quotes. She stopped when she found the price o was comfortable with. All in all, Nikki was such a big part in making a usually stressful and difficult process easy and fun.
