Todd Richards is a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Lower, leveraging over seven years of industrial management and commercial real estate experience. Specializing in various loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Construction loans, Todds expertise earned him the 2017 Loan Officer of the Year award in the Florida Region. A University of Florida graduate, Todd has called Orlando home since 2003, growing up on Floridas Space Coast. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife and three children, sports, travel, and community involvement.

This was our very first home purchase as we are a retired Air Force family/ disabled veteran, with special needs kiddos..and to say that we were nervous and overwhelmed is an understatement! We originally worked with a mortgage company that specifically states they work with veterans..we were so shocked and disappointed that they were really horrible. So I looked on my own for a local realtor (who is also a God send) and she put us in contact with Todd Richards for our mortgage.. What was once a very scary and overwhelming process was made so much easier and peaceful because of Todd and his team! They held our hand every step of the way, put up with my crazy and never-ending questions and concerns, were always so helpful and nice, they gave us the inside information on what to expect and when paperwork was not completed, they would always send a gentle reminder.
