About Elizabeth
I’ve been helping people make smart mortgage decisions since 2004, with a focus on mortgage planning for what comes after the first home. I especially enjoy the conversations with a few more moving parts: using equity, buying before selling, keeping a current home as a rental, helping family buy, or simply figuring out which path makes the most sense. The goal is to make the numbers clear, understand the tradeoffs, and choose a financing strategy that supports both the next home and the bigger financial picture. I’m a 6th-generation Coloradan, a producing mortgage leader, and someone who believes good advice should leave you feeling more informed, more confident, and more in control of the decision in front of you.
