About Sam
Sam Henrickson is the Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer in Fayetteville, NC location. He was born and raised in the same area of Fayetteville, North Carolina where he has helped clients purchase homes for the past 27 years. Sam began in the mortgage industry after college with Household Finance, a large public mortgage banking company and soon owned his own mortgage firm for 11 years. He has been helping both civilian and military families achieve the dream of homeownership. At home, Sam's work-life balance includes coaching football and baseball, raising 4 children and now enjoying time watching two of his boys compete at college level baseball for Pitt Community College. Sams coaching mentality carries over to his work life as he provides the same type of mentorship and motivation with clients he serves, helping them achieve the American Dream of homeownership. In addition to the Fayetteville community, Sam also helps many of clients with mortgage loans in Raleigh, Durham, Greenville and the Military area of Goldsboro. He is licensed by NMLS and can provide mortgage loans in anywhere in North Carolina. Sam graduated from East Carolina University with a BSBA with concentration in Finance.
