We had a rocky start as I was out of the loop on communication. Once we connected it was much better and everything progressed smoothly with additional updates. Thank you.
Tom has extensive knowledge, it helps me with clients that are unsure of the process. He puts clients at ease, and delivers outstanding service from application through closing. His processor Michelle was also an excellent addition, this is a rock solid team!!!
