Being in this industry for 31 years Ive experienced the many highs and lows of the interest rate trends and the cultures and behaviors common to the industry. I began as a real estate paralegal, then a top-producing mortgage loan officer, and rising through many levels of management and leadership which gives me a unique perspective. I am committed to fair and responsible lending practices and have built my entire career around integrity and service. Dedication to providing superior service, excellent rates and communicating all aspects of the loan process clearly and regularly is my priority. I am licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia (GRMA 59971), Virginia, Tennessee, and Florida and have extensive experience originating VA, FHA, NCHFA, USDA Rural Housing, Investment Properties, Second Homes and Conventional Loans. VA loans are near and dear to my heart because I was a military brat and spouse and understand the many needs of our Military Members and their families. My vast knowledge on VA Loans as they relate to Active-Duty Members, Veterans, Disabled Veterans, and their families enables me and my team to tailor each mortgage to suit their specific needs.
