Ruth was absolutely amazing, I started working with her prior to moving to Knoxville so I would know my options, she listented to what I was looking for, took notes to look into things I asked about and then with my options guided me in the right direction. During my first offer experience in Knoxville she and my agent Sydney took care of things for me so I wasn't bothered or stressed because we had run into a few hiccups… with the house and other sellers agent.
