They walked us through everything and made sure we were on schedule and getting things timely done
Graham and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Graham was always there to answer our questions, keep us updated, and make sure everything stayed on track. What impressed me most was how responsive and dependable he was. Anytime …something came up, Graham handled it quickly and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. We always felt like he and his team were working hard for us behind the scenes. Everything came together exactly as it was supposed to, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would absolutely recommend Graham and his team to anyone looking for a lender. Thank you for helping make buying our new home such a great experience!
Every step of the process was clearly explained and quickly handled.
Graham and his team were wond to work with and quick got my loan done
Josie and her team made sure we had what we need for each step of the process.
Communication. Staying informed provides peace of mind and we were kept in the loop every step of the way.
How efficient everything was
Josie was honest, communicated frequently and consistiently.
Graham was very professional and explained the loan process for our specific recast loan. Helped get us to the finish line quickly.
Josie was great! She took the time to explain options and helped me decide what was best. My only concern was the title company and thier miscommunication with the current morgate company and the escrow account and then again with how the cashout to pay off debts was to be handled. We closed on the …1st of the month and it is now the 23rd and 3 of the accounts are still not paid off. This could have been handled better in so many ways.
All of you Thank you
Really enjoyed working with Josie she was extremely communicative and clear in answering questions. She was always available and ready to help get us to the finish line
