My only concern was the title company and thier miscommunication with the current morgate company and the escrow account and then again with how the cashout to pay off debts was to be handled. We closed on the 1st of the month and it is now the 23rd and 3 of the accounts are still not paid off. This could have been handled better in so many ways.
