I am a lifelong resident of Polk County and have served the Central Florida public for over 35 years. I am married and we have one beautiful daughter. She is a graduate of The University of Central Florida and is pursuing her CPA license. I love the outdoors and all the local sporting activities. Process was fast and organized only criticism was the time we locked in on the interest rate I felt we should have been given options to lock and/or float weeks before instead we locked in a Week before closing costing us almost a percent in interest
