This whole entire process was smooth . We felt cared for and didn't feel like just a number or their next commission check. They laid out the expectations early on and the app wa every helpful because uploading the documents was easy and user friendly. We used a different loan office before and it was not the best experience. We were expexting a similar experience but this office was the complete opposite and I felt at peace moving forward with them. if you are working with these guys, you'll be in good hands. We also were workimg with them and purchasing a home out of state so there was that factor that we were antcipating to put a wrench in our process but everything was truly seamless. Praise the Lord! Definitely would work with them in futureif we ever decide to leave our dream home .
