I’m a VP of Lending serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Sarasota, Bradenton, and the greater Manatee County area. With nearly two decades in the mortgage industry and hundreds of loans closed, I’ve built my business on strong relationships, thoughtful guidance, and tailored financing solutions. Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent 12 years teaching English in the Manatee County School District. That experience shaped my communication style and client-first approach, allowing me to clearly guide clients through each step of the home financing process. Today, I work with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and those exploring refinance options. I take pride in thinking both strategically and creatively to structure loan options that align with each client’s goals. My focus is on clear communication, responsiveness, and helping you feel confident in your decisions from application through closing. I’ve also been actively involved in the local business community, serving as Past President of the Business Focus Chapter of BNI, a former board member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, and Past Vice President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. I was honored to be nominated multiple times for Manatee County Teacher of the Year during my time in education. I’ve been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the Sarasota and Bradenton area since 2004. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Meadow, our two kids, Tyson and Chloe, and our Goldendoodle, Harley.
