Terri Cagle is a licensed Loan Originator with Acopia Home Loans. She has 30 years of experience in the finance and mortgage lending industry, and 12 years with Acopia Home Loans. Terri specializes in working with first time homebuyers and down payment assistance programs and is well educated in all available mortgage products to ensure her customers receive the best loan program to meet their needs. Through Lower Mortgage, Terri can offer lending in all Counties of Georgia. Terri, born and raised in Georgia, makes her home in Jasper GA with her husband of 36 years and her son Matthew 22. She enjoys hiking and biking with her family.
