About Kent
I strive to be remembered as a positive influence on the people and organizations I have had the privilege to work with throughout my career. With extensive experience across multiple areas of the financial services industry—including commercial and residential lending, credit cards, and related disciplines—I have built a career centered on developing people, strengthening teams, and fostering long-term professional relationships. Many of the individuals I have mentored early in their careers now serve in leadership roles within their organizations, which I find both rewarding and affirming. I continue to view my work through the lens of being a positive _Career Influencer_. Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted husband and father. I married my high school sweetheart, and together we raised two outstanding sons. Empty nesters now, we enjoy the outdoors and travel, with more than two decades spent boating and exploring new destinations. Music and singing have also been a meaningful and consistent part of our family life. Service and community engagement are core to who I am. My wife, Donna, and I serve as Deacon Leaders and are active participants in Stephen Ministry, reflecting our commitment to care-focused leadership within our local church. I have also served on the board of V2V, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families affected by homicide. I value meaningful conversations and relationship-building.
