The tentativeness was incredible. I don't think the phone rang more than 2 times before Josh picked it up.

Josh made our experience simple and convenient with his constant communication. He responded to all our inquiries throughout the process with honesty, encouragement, and guidance that made this experience one that I will always appreciate. We would love to work with Josh again in the future, and …will recommend his services to our family and friends.
Josh was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were unfamiliar with how everything works and what to expect. His clear communication, expertise, and professionalism reassured us and ensured everything went smoothly. We're very …grateful to have been referred to Josh as our lender. Many thanks to him and his team, Tina and Deanne, for their dedication and for helping us close within 30 days! I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
Josh is very responsive, answered texts and emails promptly. He's very creative and always finds a solution. Several options were presented. Keep up the good work Josh!!!!!
