About Kurt

Kurt began his Mortgage Banking career over 25 years ago. With his vast experience, Kurt is able to provide simple explanations for the loan process, loan types and programs utilized. He desires to ensure his clients have a clear understanding of the different loan options available, whether FHA, VA, Conventional or Jumbo, as well as down payment options. Kurt will provide the pro’s and con’s to each loan type so the client can make their best possible financial decision. His approach to excellent customer service is evidenced by the clients that return to him transaction after transaction. Kurt is also very knowledgeable in owner-occupied mortgages, second homes, and investment properties.   Kurt loves the outdoor playground that Colorado provides and spends time hiking, biking and skiing. He lives south of Denver in a horse community where he enjoys riding horse trails and viewing the local wildlife.
