With over three decades of experience in the lending industry, I have assisted over 4,500 families with home loans, refinancing, and other mortgage needs. I relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania 20 years ago to enjoy the year-round quality of life in Southwest Florida. I pride myself in setting realistic expectations upfront for all parties including the buyer, builder, seller, and buyer agent. This includes regular updates throughout the entire loan process all the way through closing. My expertise is in assisting homebuyers with unique and specialty mortgage needs. This also includes New Constriction (one-time close) in addition to Portfolio Loans, Jumbo Loans, along with standard Conventional/FHA/VA Loans. I am an avid sailor and I play in a band with my wife Tricia at various local venues.
