I have over 35 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, beginning my career in consumer finance and progressing through both wholesale and retail mortgage lending. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous education and professional development to stay current with the ever-changing mortgage industry, including compliance, legal requirements, operations, technology, loan origination systems, and a full range of mortgage products, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, and non-conforming loans. My career has been built on strong relationships, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. I have established a reputation as a trusted resource among loan officers, Realtors, borrowers, and industry professionals. I have successfully developed and implemented management and marketing strategies, served as a liaison between sales and operations, created and delivered training materials, and maintained strong relationships with senior leadership throughout my career. In addition, I am a certified continuing education instructor for both Realtors and loan officers, allowing me to share industry knowledge and promote best practices within the mortgage community.
