Dyan is absolutely amazing. She stepped in and took over a loan approval when my client and I were unsatisfied with the previously choosen lender. Not only was she able to close the loan when the other lender couldn't due to inexperience and lack of proper lending training, she … was able to have an improper appraisal reversed, valued of the property to be accurately re-recorded on an FHA loan, she git us to the closing table.
