We are based in White County in Cleveland GA. We cover all of the Southeast and are licensed in GA, SC, NC, TN, KY, AL, and FL. We love working with our Government Loan Programs, FHA, VA & USDA which are perfect for FTHBs. We know Construction Lending for Manufactured Homes as well as Site Built Homes. We also have a heart to help our seniors in helping them to determine if a Reverse Mortgage is a good option or not. I have 25 years of mortgage originating experience.
