Mrs. Floyd made the whole process as simple and easy as possible. Any questions I had she answered with the quickness, she took the time to explain every little process to make sure I understand what was going on, and just went above and beyond finding me the best rates for everything and stayed up …to date for everything till the closing day. I definitely felt very well taken cared of throughout the whole process and great appreciate everything she has done for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
