Hi, I’m Troy Mlenar! Helping families achieve their homeownership dreams has been my passion since 1996. For me, it’s about more than mortgages—it’s about building stronger finances, families, and communities. With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve gained a unique perspective on the entire mortgage process, allowing me to provide tailored solutions for my clients and referral partners. I’m proud to have ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators nationally for the past 20 years, and thanks to client referrals, I’m now licensed in 16 states: AZ, AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, MN, NV, ND, SD, TN, TX, and VA. My team and I are committed to delivering exceptional service, full accountability, and expert guidance every step of the way. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with my sons. My oldest lives in downtown Minneapolis, and my youngest is preparing for college. We share a love for local record stores (my vinyl collection is now over 1,100!) and fitness. I’ve trained in boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, and I’m always up for hiking, biking, or soaking up the sun in Arizona—my favorite destination.
