About Amber
Buying a home is a big decision, but understanding your mortgage options shouldn’t have to feel overwhelming. I specialize in purchase financing and take pride in helping homebuyers understand not just what loan options are available, but how those options fit their individual goals. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, making your next move, purchasing an investment property, or looking for ways to leverage the equity in a home you already own, I’m here to help you explore the financing options available to you. I work with a wide range of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, as well as federal and state down payment assistance programs that may help eligible buyers reduce the upfront costs of purchasing a home. I also work with real estate investors, with access to financing options designed for investment properties, including solutions that may use the property’s rental income to help qualify. For existing homeowners, I can help explore financing options that provide access to home equity for renovations, debt consolidation, investment opportunities or other financial goals. One of my favorite parts of mortgage lending is helping clients who arent sure where to start. Every borrower’s situation is different, and sometimes the best solution isn’t the most obvious one. My goal is to make the mortgage process easier to understand, communicate clearly from application through closing, and help you build a financing strategy that makes sense for your situation. Whether you’re ready to purchase now or simply want to understand what it will take to get there, I’d love to help you determine your next step.
