They had to send their intern to our house twice to have us sign or resign documents. Some documents had to be recreated because of errors at closing. Not Lower Mortgage's fault just a part of the overall process. There were some e-documents that were sent to me during the moving process that I had not signed because I could not access them. There were email issues after the fact getting them to me that were effectively resolved. My wife, Ann, worked closely with Shonna moreover than I.
