At first we were trying to get the money for the house from Rocket Mortgage and quickly found out they had no idea what they were doing and they cost me more than 30 days with no results then my realtor David Smith knew Tracey and said that she would be able to get done. Will David was not only …correct but Tracey literally knocked it out of the park. We had a original closing date with the seller and within about 2 and 1/2 Weeks number one we did not have to change the closing date and Tracey got everything completely knocked out and I now have the keys to my new house thanks to David Smith and Tracey Erickson.
