I am a highly motivated professional in the Mortgage Industry with a mission statement that is driven by Ethics, Morals and Diligence for my clients. I come with over 20+ years experience and have been in the Top of my Class for most of these years. I pride myself on offering only the BEST service for my clients. I Offer all of the Purchase Programs available to the consumer, but also beleive that bad things happen to good people, so I try to find ways to help the client in many ways to recognize the joy of homeownership. This includes credit repair as well as 100% Financing Options with credit scores as low as 600. For those JUMBO clients, I have the ability to offer a 90% No MI Program. Combine the products that we offer, and the Team of people that we have in the Back Room, and this is why I have built a reputation for "getting it done" and continue to dominate the areas for which we are growing Our Loan Officers work with a Production Asst so they can do what they are good at. Sale and originate, not chase down conditions. I am currently a Branch Manager and I will continue to grow these branches as well as look at ways to move into some other unchartered areas that have a need for a Top Team to partner with. I have a passion for what I do, and a passion for Education. I write a column for my community newspaper and teach Homebuyer Education Classes at my community college. Being successful also means giving back. I believe that people sometimes allow fear of the unknown to hold them back from doing things they desire to do, such as buying a home. It is our job as leaders to help those that truly deserve and desire, too buy.
