I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Marketing. My wife, daughters and I reside in Arlington, where I have lived all of my life. I have over 25 years experience in Sales and Mortgage Banking. In the Mortgage business I am a seasoned professional who is capable of structuring loans to best suit your needs, while maintaining prompt and quality service. I believe that customer service is essential in the preparation and execution of the loan process. Experience and job knowledge, as well as personal attention to detail, are the components that ensure customer satisfaction. Lower Mortgage is a Mortgage Banker and an Equal Opportunity Lender. We are a company who internally process, underwrite, and close our loans. This allows us to oversee the entire loan process.
