Of all the lenders I was considering AMSW was really on top of it ... most of the other lenders would just shoot me a weblink and were a bit deceptive, but I AMSW shot straight with me. At the last minute one of the other lenders sent me a quote for a full point lower mortgage rate and at first I thought I'd jump on it, but I was already working with AMSW so I reached out to Kristi to see if she could explain why the other quote was much lower. Turns out the other lender just assumed I would pay out of pocket for points. AMSW could have done the same, but I didn't want to spend more money on buying points. It felt a bit deceptive on the part of the other lender and I was glad Kristi could explain what was going on. All in all, highly recommend AMSW.
