Susan Coronado is a passionate local loan officer diligently serving the Marylan Virginia area. My journey began over 20 years ago as a real estate agent, and my commitment to aiding the immigrant community continues to drive my work today. Fluent in Spanish, I specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and real estate investors. I bring a unique perspective, informed by my background in Industrial Engineering from Lima, Peru, and my studies in Accounting at George Mason University. After two enriching years in the mortgage industry, I blend my financing know-how with my love for helping others achieve their homeownership goals. Outside of my professional life, I’m a family-oriented person living with my husband and three kids, alongside our two cats and dog. From dancing, traveling, and trying new restaurants to volunteering, I believe in creating joy both at work and in my personal life!
