I think because we were on the road that communication was a challenge for both parties. It was a holiday weekend also which may May have made it difficult. the one thing we wished could have happened was to see the difference in monthly payments between a large down payment and not putting so much down but getting the cash out to pay down our car. maybe rhat that was lost in our traveling. We did not have access to the internet until usually late (after work hours) and so communication and getting information to you was hard . Overall I felt Josie and her team went above and beyond to try to help us out in the best way possible. I would definitely go w/ them again.
