About Heather

Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a Senior Loan Advisor at Lower Mortgage, based in Columbus, Ohio. One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to know my clients and helping make the mortgage process easier to navigate. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Biology, which shaped the detail-oriented, people-first approach I bring to lending. I know buying a home can come with a lot of questions, so I make it a priority to be responsive, communicate clearly, and make sure my clients know what to expect throughout the process. I really enjoy getting to know the people I work with, finding solutions when things aren’t always straightforward, and building relationships with both homebuyers and real estate partners. Whether you’re buying your first home, making a move, or simply trying to figure out where to start, I’m always happy to help!
