My name is Christian Ruiz, and I am a Mortgage Loan Officer with LOWER. I serve homebuyers and homeowners throughout South Carolina, with a strong focus on Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and Laurens counties, including Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Easley, Spartanburg, Anderson, and the surrounding communities. I have been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, helping people through the process of buying homes in both the resale and new construction markets. Over the years, I have learned that buying a home is about much more than finding the right property. Having the right people around you, understanding your options, and knowing what to expect throughout the process are just as important. I am originally from Colombia, South America, and I have proudly called South Carolina home since 2000. During my years in real estate, I noticed that although we have many great loan officers in our area, there are not enough Spanish speaking mortgage professionals available to serve our growing Hispanic community. I saw an opportunity to use the experience and knowledge I have gained over the years to help more families understand the mortgage process and accomplish their homeownership goals. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and one of the things that is most important to me is making sure my clients feel comfortable asking questions. You should understand what is happening throughout the process and feel confident about the decisions you are making.
