How Movoto Advantage Works
Movoto Advantage is the first program of its kind designed specifically for solo agents, building
on Movoto's Pro+ model, which has connected real estate teams with buyers and sellers since
2023. The program is designed for high-performing independent agents who rank among the
top in their market by transaction volume, with a proven track record of closing deals, strong
client service, and consistent responsiveness. Prospective agents can apply online and, once
approved, will start getting referrals to local clients looking to buy and sell. Because membership
is limited in each market, participating agents receive a meaningful share of available
opportunities.
Integrated with Lower’s Lending Ecosystem
Movoto Advantage operates within Lower’s broader real estate and lending ecosystem. Through
Lower Connect, consumers and agents can be paired with Lower loan officers to provide fast
pre-approvals so consumers know how much house they can afford from the start. When it
comes time to make an offer, Lower loan officers will be there every step of the way to make
sure transactions run seamlessly and close on time.
