Lower, a modern homeownership platform built to help everyone achieve financial freedom, has rolled out a refreshed experience across Movoto, aligning the platform with Lower’s brand and advancing its vision of a more connected homeownership journey.

The update, which began in February 2026, is now live across the Movoto site and includes enhancements to site performance, agent connectivity, and homeowner tools, alongside updated branding and design.

The refreshed Movoto site represents the next phase of brand integration following Lower’s acquisition of Movoto in 2025, which brought together the largest privately-held real estate search portal with Lower’s lending platform and retail network.

  • Enhanced property experience: Introduction of a redesigned property detail page, offering a modern layout and clearer pathways for both on-market listings and homeowners viewing their own homes, including connecting with agents and exploring financing options through Lower
  • Improved data quality and performance: Enhanced data integrity and site speed to deliver more accurate listings and a faster, more reliable search experience
  • A unified visual identity: Updated colors, typography, and logo treatments aligned with Lower’s brand
